People in Nahan received doorstep passport processing facilities

Nahan, June 13 (UNI) The Passport Office, Shimla, provided doorstep passport processing services through a mobile passport van in Nahan for the people of Sirmaur district. People took full advantage of this special service, which lasted for three days. They also demanded an extension.
Speaking to the media, Vishwajeet, Assistant Superintendent of the Passport Office, Shimla, stated that after receiving approval from the Ministry of External Affairs, the passport van arrived in Nahan on June 10th, where passport processing facilities were available from June 10th to 12th.
During this period, people did not have to travel to Shimla or other cities for passport-related formalities. Document verification, biometric processing, and all necessary application procedures were completed within the mobile passport van.
