Pending monsoon session of Punjab assembly should be called immediately : Harpal Cheema

Chandigarh, Oct 23 (UNI) The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab accused the ruling Congress of running away from public issues and asked why the Channi government is not convening the pending monsoon session of the Punjab Assembly.
Senior AAP leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Harpal Singh Cheema has urged Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi to immediately convene the remaining monsoon session of the Punjab Legislative Assembly in order to discuss all the remaining issues of public interest of Punjab.
A 15-day session of the Punjab Legislative Assembly is required to be called to reach a permanent solution of these important issues related to common people of Punjab, he said.
