PDP to intensify grassroot activities ahead of Local Bodies, panchayat polls in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 1 (UNI) In order to gear up for the upcoming Local Bodies and the panchayat polls, Peoples Democratic Party is planning to intensify its activities at the grassroot level, including continuation of membership drive in Kashmir valley.
A PDP spokesperson here this afternoon said the party is at present busy with membership drive which is a success, with people enthusiastically seeking the party’s registration.
“PDP is likely to review the grassroot activity at zonal level in which all the zone presidents with district committees and zone committees will be invited to participate,” he said.
