New Delhi, Mar 20 (UNI) Two weeks after the Delhi Congress chief Sheila Dikshit ruled out a Congress alliance with the Aam Aadmi party in Delhi, fresh efforts is being made by NCP supremo Sharad Pawar to stitch an tie up between the two parties.
Consequent to the efforts , the pro-alliance faction of the grand old party, led by AICC gheneral secretary incharge fpor Delhi P c Chacko , will meet party president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday to discuss the issue.
According to party sources, AICC general secretary in-charge of Delhi PC Chacko sought an appointment with Mr Gandhi for Wednesday night to submit to him the letters of all DCC presidents favouring an alliance with the AAP in Delhi .
