Paranjape Schemes to organise 3-day mega home buying festival in Pune

Pune, Oct 27 (UNI) The Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Limited (PSCL), a prominent real estate developer of the city, today announced that it will organise a mega home buying festival, ‘Options Unlimited’, from November 3 to here 5 at Shubharambha lawns near Mhatre bridge.
This was announced by Shrikant Paranjape, chairman of PSCL, during a press conference in the city. Shashank Paranjape, managing director of PSCL, was also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Shashank Paranjape said, "After overwhelming success last year, we are more than happy to come up with 3rd edition of ‘Options Unlimited’. The main aim of the festival, as the name suggests, is to showcase all PSCL Projects under one roof for the convenience of home buyers. Last year, in spite of demonetisation, the response was commendable. This year, too, we are sure we will receive good response. In fact, this time the exhibition is fully digitalised and we are also aiming for a Guinness World Record for a unique cause."
This fest brings lots of perks for buyers like scratch and win discount of up to Rs 75,000, assured rentals (on selected projects), he informed.
"People buying a house especially during the fair will also benefit from the jaw-dropping prices and minimum impact of GST. The best advantage is that one can book the house by paying merely Rs 25,000 and no equated monthly instalment (EMI) till possession on all projects," he added.
