Panic triggers after SI found dead in Shahjahanpur

Shahjahanpur, Jun 25 (UNI) Panic triggered in cantonment area when a sub-inspector was found dead in a drain in Sadar Bazar area here on Sunday.
Additional superintendent of police (City) Dinesh Tripathi here said that sub-inspector Meharban Ali, native of Muzaffarnagar district, was posted in wireless department in Shahjahanpur police lines. Meharban Ali was found dead in a drain in Sadar Bazar area on Sunday morning and his motorbike was found near the drain.
Deceased was living with his family in rented house Jalalnagar colony in cantonement area. His family members have alleged that deceased was murdered as many injuries marks were found on his body.
