Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Feb 4 2016 5:31PM Palliative care center to be dedicated to cancer patients on Feb 6Kannur, Feb 4 (UNI) "Asraya", a pravasi's charitable society, based at Thalassery will be dedicate a palliative care and relief center to cancer patients and their bystanders , who are undergoing treatment at Malabar Cancer Center (MCC) at Kodiyeri near Thalassery, on February 6. Talking to news persons here today, Mr O V Muhamed Musthafa, Chairman of Asraya said Deputy Opposition leader Kodiyeri Balakrishnan will inaugurate Rs three crore met expenditure building situated near the MCC, while Lulu Group Chairman Padmasree Yousafali will be the chief guest. Free food and shelter will be provided to cancer patients and by standers. Hospice facilities will be available to secondary staged cancer patients as a rehabilitation to these patients.
