Palla Srinivasa Rao says his reappointment as State TDP Chief an honour and responsibility

Vijayawada, April 15 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President Palla Srinivasa Rao has thanked Chief Minister and national president N Chandrababu Naidu for reappointing him as State TDP chief.

“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to N Chandrababu Naidu, the architect of modern Andhra Pradesh and national president of the Telugu Desam Party, for once again entrusting me with the responsibility of serving as the State President. This renewed confidence is both an honour and a profound responsibility,” Rao has stated.

Stalin jumps to Vijay's defence, urges TN Guv to take immediate steps to form new govt

Chennai, May 8 (UNI) Coming to the defence of beleaguered TVM Founder and Chief Minister-elect Vijay, whose party has emerged as the single largest party in the recent Assembly polls, but fell short of a simple majority by 11 seats, outgoing Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin on Friday evening urged Governor R V Arlekar to take immediate necessary steps to form a new government in accordance with the Constitution and avoid any further delay.
