Islamabad, Sep 10 (UNI) Pakistan Punjab Environment Secretary Dr Zafar Nasrullah Khan has issued instructions to all field formations of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for taking preemptive measures to control smog and air pollution in the province during the winter.
