Islamabad, Aug 18 (UNI) New Pakistan Prime Minister on Friday approved the cabinet naming 15 Federal Ministers and five others as Advisors.
The ministers will be sworn in on Monday, according a spokesman of Mr Khan's PTI party.
The cabinet's members are Farogh Naseem (Law and Justice), Tariq Bashir Cheema (States and Frontier Regions), Shireen Mazari (Human Rights), Ghulam Sarwar Khan (Petroleum), Zubaida Jalal (Defence Production), Fawad Ahmed (Information and Broadcasting), Pervez Khattak (Defence), Aamir Mehmood Kiyani (Health), Shah Mahmood Qureshi (Foreign Affairs), Asad Umar (Finance), Sheikh Rashid Ahmed (Railways), Fehmida Mirza (Inter Provincial Coordination), Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui (IT), Shafqat Mahmood (Education) and Noor ul Haq Qadri (Religious Affairs)
Several ministers are old faces from the Pakistan's establishment in the past.
Five advisers are Mohammad Shehzad, Ishrat Hussain, Abdul Razzak Dawood, Amin Aslam and Babar Awan, media reports said here.
Iconic cricketer turned politician Imran Khan was sworn in as the 22nd Prime Minister on Saturday morning by President President Mamnoon Hussain.
Indian cricketer-turned-Punjab Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu, Pakistan Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Zubair Mahmood Hayat and Chief of Air Staff Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan were among those who attended the ceremony.
So did Imran Khan's third wife Bushra Bibi and former cricketers Wasim Akram and Rameez Raja.
