Beirut, Sep 17 (UNI) More than 2,800 people were injured and 8 people died as a result of the mass detonation of pagers in different parts of Lebanon, the country's Health Minister, Firas Abyad, said on Tuesday.
"Currently, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center has recorded more than 2,800 injured, and 200 of them are in serious condition. Eight people have died, including a child of eight," Abyad told reporters at a press conference. UNI/SPUTNIK AKS
