Mr Rai said ‘Run for Unity’ events would be organised at all district headquarters on October 31 and similarly functions would be organised to mark the death anniversary of Baba Bhim Rao Ambedkar as ‘Samrasta Diwas’ on December 6.

The state BJP president said senior party leader and agriculture minister Prem Kumar presented the political resolution in the state party executive meeting and it was passed unanimously without any amendment.

In the political resolution, it was said that Bihar would play a vital role for realising the goal of new India. Another 13 resolutions were also passed in the state executive meeting.

On the last day of the state executive meeting, national BJP general secretary, deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, union minister Giriraj Singh and other senior party leaders also addressed the meeting.
