OSCPCR directs police to register case on rape of a housekeeper of Lutheran Mahila Samiti Child Care Institute

Kendrapada, Apr 5 (UNI) Odisha State Commission For Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) Chairperson, Sandhyabati Pradhan today directed the local police to register a case and arrest the accused involved in the alleged rape of the house keeper of Lutheran Mahila Samiti Child Care Institute (CCI), Patalipanka.
As per the allegation the house keeper of the Mahila Samiti delivered a boy after she was allegedly raped several times by Jaganath Tripathy, the brother of the President of the Mahila Samiti.
The accused and his sister allegedly threatened the victim to face dire consequences if she disclosed the matter publicly .
