Speaking during the ongoing Monsoon session of the state Assembly, he claimed that there was male prostitution going on among the jail inmates. ''There is male prostitution among the jail birds. The boys are put with 100 criminals. I would request the Chief Minister to visit the jails and ask inmates about their complaints.
