Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 29 (UNI) Congress-led Opposition members in Kerala Assembly today showed their unwillingness to raise questions in the Question Hour and expressed solidarity to five MLAs who are on an indefinite fast in the House. Though the Speaker called the name of Congress members to raise their questions, they informed their unwillingness to ask questions by expressing solidarity to the agitating members who were demanding the withdrawal of fee hike in medical seats in self financing colleges. Though the Opposition members shouted slogans when the house was assembled, they, however, didn't disrupt the Question Hour. The Assembly was adjourned for the day yesterday following disruption of proceedings by Opposition on fee hike. In protest against the Government stand on the issue, Congress MLAs -- Hibi Eden, Shafi Parambil and Kerala Congress (J) MLA Anoop Jacob began an indefinite fast in the House yesterday. Extending support, IUML legislators--- KM Shaji and N Shamsudee have also joined the fast. UNI DS CS 0940
