Opposition corners govt on recruitment,, investment policy in UP assembly

Lucknow, Feb 19 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Assembly witnessed heated exchanges between the ruling party and the opposition over the recruitment process, ITI operations, and investment policy on Thursday.
During Question Hour, Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Sangram Singh Yadav launched a scathing attack on the government, saying the state government has failed on every front. He alleged widespread corruption in the Public Service Commission and Subordinate Services Selection Commission recruitments.
He alleged that youth and farmers are being continuously misled. Yadav also said that the government does not trust Baba Saheb's Constitution and transparency should be ensured in the recruitment process. Meanwhile, Congress Legislature Party leader Aradhana Mishra cornered the government on the operation of ITIs in the state. She said that the PPP model adopted for running ITIs is increasing the burden of high fees on poor students.
