Chandra Patra while replying to a debate on the admissibility of an adjournment motion moved by the Opposition on price rise said the opposition allegations were baseless and not based on fact.
Participating in the debate the opposition members said while the prices of essential commodities including potato, vegetables,onion, pulses, edible oil, and fuel skyrocketed the government was not taking any action to control the price and the Minister acting as a mere spectator.
