Oppn resolution against CAA has gladdened Pak, says BJP

New Delhi, Jan 13 (UNI) Minutes after Opposition parties including the Congress, Left and a few regional outfits passed a resolution demanding withdrawal of the CAA, the ruling BJP on Monday said the opposition camp has gladdened Pakistan and has been "most oblivious to the compelling need of national security".
Union Law Minister and BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said the absence of key regional players such as Samajwadi Party, Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress and AAP in the meeting only shows there was lack of unity in the opposition camp vis-a-vis the new Citizenship law.
Sources said AAP leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was not invited, specially in the context of fast approaching assembly elections.
