Op Sindoor: Jammu AIIMS CEO lauds India Army, says institution always ready to serve with strength, solidarity, speed

Jammu, Aug 6 (UNI) Lauding the Indian Army for its role in the ‘Operation Sindoor’ Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), AIIMS Jammu, Prof. (Dr.) Shakti Kumar Gupta today said that ‘Operation Sindoor’ was not just a military response but it was a call for united national effort.
“AIIMS Jammu stood ready as always to serve with strength, solidarity, and speed,” he said while felicitating Brigadier Deo for his leadership and lauding the Indian Army for their valor and service during ‘Operation Sindoor’ here at an event.
“AIIMS Jammu salutes Indian Army’s bravery in Operation Sindoor with meaningful tribute,” he said adding that the institution had the honour of hosting Brigadier Aniket Deo, a decorated officer of the Indian Army, for an insightful and inspiring session on ‘Operation Sindoor’—a landmark military mission marked by extraordinary courage, precision and sacrifice.

Centre allocates Rs 2,716 Cr for Railway infra in Himachal, expanding projects

Shimla, Feb 12(UNI) The union Government has allocated Rs 2,716 crore for railway infrastructure and safety works in Himachal Pradesh for the financial year 2025-26, registering a more than 25-fold increase compared to the average annual outlay of Rs 108 crore during 2009-14. The information was shared in the Lok Sabha in reply to an unstarred question raised by BJP MP Dr. Rajeev Bharadwaj regarding expansion of railway lines and station redevelopment in the state.

Himachal govt calls all-party meeting over RDG cut

Residents Thank CM Sukhu for Swift Construction of Footbridge in Shahpur
