Only kidnapping industry existed in Lalu Rabri regime: Nitish

Motihari/Chhapra, Oct 21 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister and JD(U) president Nitish Kumar on Wednesday said that law and order had collapsed totally and only kidnapping industries existed during Lalu-Rabri regime in the state.
Mr Kumar while addressing public meetings in support of NDA candidates in East Champaran and Saran districts, said that law and order situation was worst during Lalu-Rabri regime. Only kidnapping industries existed during RJD regime in the state for 15 years since 1990, he added.
Chief Minister said that a large number of businessmen, doctors and professionals were forced to leave Bihar to settle in other states across the country due to poor law and order situation prevailing during RJD regime.
