one shot dead

Jalgaon, Sep 21 (UNI) A young man was shot dead and another was injured when unknown assailants fired from a pistol at Nasirabad taluka in Jalgaon district on Tuesday evening.
According to police, the deceased was identified as Dhammapriya alias Dhamma Manohar suradkar (20). Dhamma of Panchsheel Nagar Bhusawal was traveling with his father Manohar Suradkar from Jalgaon to Bhusawal on a two-wheeler when unidentified assailants opened fire between 5.30 pm and 6 pm. Dhamma Suradkar was killed on the spot in the attack. His father Manohar Suradkar, who was with him, was seriously injured. Meanwhile, it is understood that the attack was caused by an old dispute .
The incident took place this evening when victim Dhamma was on his way home on bail after being booked at Bhusawal Bazarpeth police station. victim Dhamma Suradkar has been in jail for the last 11 months. Bhusawal Divisional Police Officer Somnath Waghchaure and Assistant Inspector More of Nasirabad Police Station More arrived at the spot. The body has been taken to Jalgaon District Hospital.
