One person arrested for videographing Himachal Assembly proceedings from officer gallery

Shimla, Feb 22 (UNI) A person was arrested for shooting video of Himachal Assembly proceedings from the officer gallery on Thursday.
He was caught red handed by Congress member Sanjay Rattan and the Speaker ordered that he be arrested for "violating" assembly rules .
When the Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was replying to the budget discussion, one person was found allegedly shooting video in the house. Congress member Sanjay Rattan pointed it out to the Speaker, who ordered that the person be arrested and his mobile phone snatched immediately. UNI ML SSP
