One killed in road accident in Purnea district

Purnea, Jan 5 (UNI) One person was killed and another critically injured when their car was hit by a speeding truck near Singhia Diwanganj police station area in Mufassil police station area in this district early today.
Police here said one of the car occupants was killed on the spot while the driver was seriously injured.
Sources said the accident took place due to dense fog. The truck driver escaped after the accident.
