One BSF jawan, two returnees tests positive in Meghalaya

Shillong, Jul 9 (UNI) Three more persons, including a trooper of the Border Security Force (BSF), were tested positive for COVID-19 taking the active cases up to 57 in Meghalaya as of Thursday afternoon.
“Three more tested positive for COVID19 in Shillong. One from BSF and two returnees from Bihar and Delhi,” Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma tweeted.
With one more BSF trooper tested positive for the viral infection, taking the total active cases in this paramilitary force to 27 in the State.
