On R-Day eve, tricolour unfurled on Pune's tallest building

Pune, Jan 25 (UNI) On the eve of 71st Republic Day, the Amanora Township hoisted the national flag on its' 43-storey building, which is tallest in the city.
Being developed by City Corporation Ltd (CCL) at Hadapsar, Amanora Gateway Towers T–100 has the height of 149.50 meters and would house 173 apartments.
This building would also have the distinction of being the tallest building in the state of Maharashtra, excluding Mumbai.
A 30 feet tall and 20 feet wide flag has been placed on a 60 feet long pole which has been proudly installed on the building's rooftop.
Commenting on the moment, CCL Managing Director Aniruddha Deshpande said, “This is a clear indicator of the changing skyline of Pune and the growth that it has witnessed and shall be witnessing in the days to come."

"This is also in sync with India’s growth story for which we all feel proud and more so on the Republic Day. We have already pledged to develop a self-sustained and truly integrated township and thus contribute our bit in Nation building," he added.
