Omar, Bukhari demand inquiry into mysterious death of student in Punjab

Srinagar, Sep 13 (UNI) Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Apni Party (AP) president Syed Altaf Bukhari on Tuesday demanded an inquiry into the mysterious death of a Kashmiri student in a Punjab college.
The dead body of Umar Ahad Dave, resident of Chewdara, Beerwah , Badgam, who was a student of RIMT University Gobindgarh, Mandi Ludhiana Road was found in the hanging on the terrace of the college early on Monday morning.
National Conference (NC) vice president Omar in a tweet said “The mysterious death of Umer Ah Dev S/o Abdul Ahad Dev of Chewdara, Beerwah (Dist Budgam) in Chandigarh has caused his family & loved ones a lot of distress. I request @DgpChdPolice to have the circumstances of this death fully investigated & the findings shared with the family”.
