Police Superintendent of Saran Pankaj Kumar Raj said here that officer-in-charge of Jalalpur police station Amit Kumar was suspended late last night after he was found guilty of not discharging his duty properly, leading to the loot of Rs 80,000 from a bank two days back. Police Sub-Inspector Shahid Hussain, posted at Town police station, has been made new officer-in-charge of Jalalpur police station.
