Odisha to host EMRS National Cultural & Literary Festival

Bhubaneswar, Nov 10 (UNI) Odisha is all set to host 5th Ekalavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) National Cultural and Literary Festival & Kala Utsav- ‘UDBHAV’ from November 12 to
15.
This unique festival is being organised by the Department of STSC Development & M&BCW Dept Govt of Odisha and is funded by the National Educational Society for Tribal Students (NESTS).
