Bhubaneswar, Oct 29 (UNI) Odisha reported 1617 fresh covid cases during the last 24 hours taking the total tally in the state to 2,87,099 while 13 more succumbed to the virus raising the covid toll to 1297.
Health and Family Welfare department sources said 941 new cases were reported from the quarantine centres and 676 local contact cases from 30 districts in the state during the past 24 hours.
Khordha district reported the highest number of 222 cases followed by Cuttack (128), Sundargarh (93), Mayurbhanj ( 85) and Kalahandi (84).
