Odisha govt to pay Rs 30,000 honorarium to state padma awardees

Bhubaneswar, Nov 9 (UNI) Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has decided to pay an honorarium of Rs 30,000 per month to all the Padma awardees of the state.
With this decision, all the living 55 Padma Awardees of the state will get honorarium of Rs 30,000 per month.
It will cost Rs 2 crore to the state exchequer per year, sources in Chief Minister's office here said on Saturday.
