Kujanga / Aul (Odisha), May 25 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and Union Women & Child Development Minister, Smriti Irani, on Saturday came down heavily on the ruling Naveen Patnaik government in Odisha, alleging that it was running on a remote control operated from Tamil Nadu.
Addressing Bijay Sanklap Samavesh at Kujanga in Jagatsinghpur district and Aul in Kendrapara district, she appealed people to oust the corrupt and remote-controlled BJD government and instead vote BJP to power to form a double engine government both at the Centre and in the state to fulfil long-standing demands of people of the area.
She claimed the Modi government was providing huge funds for undertaking development projects in Odisha but the Tamil remote control, BJD ministers, MLAs and activists were looting the money and charged that BJD mafia were looting mines and water of the state.
