Odisha championing the cause of women empowerment: Naveen

Bhubaneswar, Jan 15 (UNI) Odisha has been championing the cause of Women Empowerment and encouraged women for their socio-economic empowerment with initiatives like Mission Shakti, Start-up Odisha, Skilled-in-Odisha and several other initiatives,Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said.
Inaugurating the Women’s entrepreneurship Committee (IWEC) of Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Odisha State Chapter here today , Mr.Patnaik said Odisha become the first state to get ICC’s first women committee of the country.
This committee, he said is a diverse group of women entrepreneurs from various sectors both big and small who can share, collaborate and grow together to fast pace the ongoing industrial growth in the State.
