Odisha cabinet accords Hindi Movie “12th Fail” as tax-free in the state

Bhubaneswar, Feb 22 (UNI) The Odisha cabinet on Thursday accorded approval to the recently released Hindi movie 12th Fail tax-free in the state.
The film is based on the real story of a boy from Chambal Valley in Madhya Pradesh.
In the face of all adverse situations, the boy aims to achieve an impossible dream of passing the world’s toughest UPSC examination to become an honest police officer and to bring about a positive change in society.
