Centurion, Feb 4 (UNI) Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal continued his excellent form with the ball as he picked up his maiden five-wicket haul in the ongoing 2nd ODI against South Africa at Centurion on Sunday.
India bowled out South Africa for 118 in 32.2 overs.
This is the lowest score in South Africa's one-day home so far in history. South Africa's team earlier this year in 2009 was all-out for 119 against England in England.
India decided to bowl first before winning the toss and their bowlers proved the decision was right by stopping hosts team South Africa in 118/3 in 32.2. South African opener Hashim Amla (23) and wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock (20) shared a 39-run partnership for the first wicket. After that wickets started to fall continuously.
South Africa lost their three main batsmen, Captain Eden Markram (8) and David Miller (0) on the score of 51. He was 99 runs and he lost his five wickets. After this, no batsman were able to stay on the crease for long.
