New Delhi, Mar 22 (UNI) Haidee Tiffen has decided to step down as New Zealand women cricket team coach.
Though her present contract is due to end in July, but she has decided against reapplying for the position.
Tiffen took over the coaching reins four years ago, and she's proud of the work she's put in with the team ever since. "I believe in collaboration, hard work, respect, and team first and I have enjoyed developing a learning environment where players are supported and encouraged to take responsibility to be better every day," International Cricket Council's (ICC) official website quoted her as saying.
