Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jan 11 2016 8:58PM NTPC plans to set up power plant at PuttaparthiVisakhapatnam, Jan 11 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh-run power generator NTPC plans to set up a 4,000 MW plant at Puttaparthi in Andhra Pradesh as well as a 2,250 MW solar power plant in the State, Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal said today.The minister announced in the Port City at the Confederation of Indian Industry’s annual partnership summit here. The Centre would work closely with the State Government to handle security issues and counter terrorism.
