Bengaluru, Mar 19 (UNI) Nominations opened with authorities issuing Notification for the first phase of election on April 18 for 14 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka.
Last date for filing Nomination is March 26, scrutiny will take place on March 27 and March 29 is the last date for Withdrawal. While Polling will be held on April 18, counting of votes polled will be held on May 23.
The 14 Lok Sabha seats where Polling will be held on April 18 includes Udupi-Chikamagalur, Hassan, Dakshina Kannada, Chitradurga (SC), Tumkur, Mandya, Mysore, Chamarajanagar (SC), Bengaluru Rural, Bengaluru North, Bengaluru Central, Bengaluru South, Chikkaballapur and Kolar (SC).
