New Delhi,Dec 13 (UNI) Actress Surveen Chawla today denied that she was being considered for the title role in the TV show ‘Chandrakanta’. Refuting a report in an English daily, Surveen tweeted, "Please don't use my name irresponsibly n without checking on facts.Neither me nor anyone else is considering me fr the same.’’ Television’s classic drama Chandrakanta will make a comeback on the small screen with two popular GECs – Life OK and Colors -- coming out with fresh adaptations of the popular novel, which inspired the TV series of the same name in 1994. While the one on Life OK is being produced by Nikhil Sinha, who earlier helmed the much-loved mythological series 'Siya Ke Ram', the Colors show is being made under the banner of Balaji Telefilms. In recent days, there has been a speculation about the cast of the new series. Some reports had claimed that names of Surveen and Shilpa Anand were being considered for the new ‘Chandrakanta’..
