North-South trough now runs from South Chhattisgarh

Hyderabad, July 31 (UNI) The North-South trough now runs from south Chhattisgarh to Comorin area across Telangana, Rayalaseema and Tamil Nadu at 0.9 km above mean sea level, Meteorological Centre here said on Sunday.
Issuing a bulletin, it said that the cyclonic circulation over central parts of South Bay of Bengal between 0.9 km & 3.1 km above mean sea level has become less marked. However a trough runs from central parts of south Bay of Bengal to Comorin Area across south Sri Lanka coast at 3.1 km above mean sea level.
Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal (Rural),Warangal (Urban),Janagaon, Yadadri Bhuvangiri, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, Jogulamba Gadwal districts of Telangana on August 3.
