No third party should 'incite' violence: India, Pak can resolve Kashmir bilaterally: Macron

Paris, Aug 22 (UNI) In his international outreach to Europe and the Gulf amid immense tension between India and Pakistan on Kashmir situation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday received a major support when France backed his government's stance that Kashmir situation could be resolved only bilaterally between India and Pakistan.
"Prime Minister Modi told me everything about Kashmir and the situation in J&K during our talks. I said Pakistan and India will have to find a solution together and no third party should interfere or incite violence in the region," French President Emmanuel Macron told reporters after holding bilateral talks with PM Modi at the historic Château de Chantilly - about 60 km from Paris.
"Mr Modi told me about the recent decision taken by India and that it is in their sovereignty," President Macron said.
