No Broker.com launches brokerage-free real estate services in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Aug 7 (UNI) NoBroker.com, a tech-based Brokerage-free Real Estate platform, on Wednesday launched its operations here.
The company has already existing at Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai and Gurgaon and registered 65 lakh users on its platform, the world’s larger C2C real estate platform, said company Founder and CBO, Saurabh Garg and Co-Founder Akhil Gupta in a joint press conference here on the occasion.
The company has raised a total funding of 71 million US dollars and we would expand our operations in 20 more cities by next 3-years, they informed and said the platform is known to list residential as well as commercial properties for rent,buy and sell and attracts customers due to its unique brokerage-free proposition.
Over 1.80 lakh business transactions were made during the last 12 months, they said the platform also introduced several services such as packers and moves, home store, home-cleaning and NoBroker pay to assist customers to settle down post property search.
The company also launched ‘ NoBrokerHOOD app’ a tech-enabled security management system to simplify visitor management within residential buildings, housing societies and gated communities.
Listing of properties on our online real estate platform was free up to 9 properties and our main objective of this platform to avoid middleman or brokerage commission between the properties either disposing or purchasing by customers. It is purely customer-to-customer real estate portal, they added.
