NMC expels four doctors accused of involvement in Delhi Red Fort Blast

New Delhi, 14 Nov (UNI) The National Medical Commission (NMC) has removed the names of four doctors accused in the case of a large cache of explosives recovered from Faridabad, Haryana, from the Indian Medical Registry/National Medical Register.
In a notice issued on Friday, the NMC stated that it has removed the names of Dr. Muzaffar Ahmad, Dr. Adil Ahmad Rather, Dr. Muzammil Shakeel, and Dr. Shaheen Saeed.
The official order dated November 14 read, “In view of the FIR registered under relevant Sections of UAPA, the National Medical Commission has removed names of Dr. Muzaffar Ahmad (Registration No. 14680/ 2017), Dr. Adeel Ahmad Rather, (Registration No. 15892/ 2019), Dr. Muzamil Shakeel, (Registration No. 15130/ 2018) and Dr. Shaheen Saeed (Registration No. 45961/ 2022) from IMR/NMR, vide orders dated 14.11.2025.”

Delhi suspends physical classes for Nursery to Class V amid severe air pollution

New Delhi, December 15 (UNI) In view of the prevailing severe air pollution and persistently high Air Quality Index (AQI) levels, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has decided to discontinue physical classes for students from Nursery to Class V with immediate effect and until further orders.
According to directions issued by the Directorate of Education, all government, government-aided and unaided private recognised schools in Delhi will conduct classes for students from Nursery to Class V exclusively in online mode during this period.
