NM Police threatened on point of revolver

Thane, Sep 20 (UNI) A criminal pointed revolver at the NM Police who had gone to nab the Gutka and Tobacco product smugglers the police said on Monday.
Addressing a news conference at Navi Mumbai police headquarters the Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner Bipin Kumar Singh, said that the police team lead by Sr PI NB Kolhatkar and team went near the Orissa Bhavan, in Vashi to nab the Gutka and Tobacco product smugglers.
The police team went there on September 17, acting on a tip off and spotted the accused transfer the goods from one vehicle to another, in an isolated location.
