Nitish makes aerial survey of flood hit areas in Bihar

Patna, Aug 14 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today made an aerial survey of flood hit areas of the state and directed the authorities concerned to provide relief to flood victims as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Kumar during his aerial survey, inspected the flood situation in Raghopur riverine in Vaishali, Kala riverine, Rupas Mahaji, Ramnagar, Kasha riverine, Mokama, Barh and Fatuha in Patna besides flood ravaged areas of Munger and Begusarai districts.
During the inspection, he directed all the District Magistrates concerned to make proper arrangements to ensure distribution of dry food packets, medicines and other essentials
