Nitish lays foundation for sewerage renovation

Patna, Sep 23 (UNI) Amid heavy downpours, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar laid the foundation stone of the renovation project to clean the main sewerage of the state capital.
After laying the foundation stone for the Saidpur sewerage renovation project, the Chief Minister instructed the authorities here on Saturday to keep the sewerage system and drainages clean.
Kumar, who also inspected the entire project area, said that the said sewerage would be renovated to about 5.61 km in length at an expenditure of Rs 259.81 crore.
