Nitish inaugurates first convocation of Bihar Engineering University

Patna, Dec 9 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday urged students to work with commitment and dedication as he inaugurated the first convocation of the Bihar Engineering University here on Monday.
Kumar, who is the ex-officio Chancellor of the university, honoured the students for their commendable performances in the examinations and wished them a bright future.
As it is, the separate engineering University was established for providing quality based technical education and to maintain the academic calendar. Under this scheme, engineering colleges are being established in the districts with upgraded and modern facilities along with hostels and residential complexes of the faculties.
