Nitish announces ex-gratia for kin of deceased Bihari citizens in Nainital landslide

Patna, Oct 23 (UNI) Aggrieved at the death of people of Bihar in the landslide in Nainital of Uttarakhand, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today announced compensation of Rs 2 lakh each to the relatives of those killed in the incident.
CM said that the compensation would be given from the CM relief fund and other benefits would also be provided from the labour resources department and social welfare department under the laid rules.
The bodies of the deceased were being taken to their native places in the state.
