Kakinada, Jan 8(UNI) Nine Maoists including two dalam members, one Militia commander and six Militia members of Sabari Dalam have surrendered before East Godavari District Superintendent of Police Vishal Gunni here on Tuesday.

Briefing the details of the surrender to media persons, Mr Gunni attributed their decision to the disenchantment with the actions of the party and the awakening among them on the developmental works taken up by the government in their areas creating a rethinking and prompting them to join the mainstream for a happy life .
