New Delhi, Oct 28 (UNI) Nihang Jathebandis have announced not to leave the farmers’ protest site at Singhu border after two days of conference and discussion they took this decision.
The Nihang Jathebandis, in a press conference held on Thursday at Singhu border, said that the people of the Sikh community from all over the world have advised them not to leave the farmers' movement.
Nihang Baba Raja Ram Singh said, “After the incident that happened in the past, we wanted to get opinion from people regarding our staying in the protesting site. For the final decision on this issue, we called a meeting on Wednesday, in which we got full support of people from all communities in the country and abroad. Some farmer leaders also supported us. After getting wide support from people, it has been decided by the Nihang Jathebandis to continue with the farmers' movement."
