Night temps above normal at isolated places over Punjab, UP

Pune, Nov 11 (UNI) Night temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1°C or more) at isolated places over Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Bihar, west Rajasthan; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at a few places over Uttarakhand; at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand; above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at many places over east Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, West Bengal and Sikkim; at a few places over Saurashtra and Kutch and Madhya Pradesh; at isolated places over Gujarat Region, Vidarbha, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Madhya Maharashtra, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
Today, the lowest minimum temperature of 13.2°C is reported at Mandla (east Madhya Pradesh) over the plains of the country.
Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in Andaman and Nicobar Kerala and at isolated places in Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
